1Are all your scrunchies hand made?
Yes, all our scrunchies are carefully hand cut and stitched to ensure high quality. They are never mass-produced.
2How do I care for my scrunchie?
To keep your scrunchies looking their best, we recommend hand washing them in cold water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay them flat to air dry. Avoid wringing or twisting the scrunchies, and do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Returns and Exchange
1Can I return or exchange my scrunchie?
In case of damage or issues with your scrunchie, contact kat@thescrunchiehut.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order. Certain conditions apply to any returns however, as found in our terms and conditions
2The colour or material isnt as it appears in the photo, Can i return my scrunchie?
We do NOT accept returns due to colour or material differences, including patterns. The pictures on our site are for illustrative purposes only, and variations in lighting and manufacturing processes can result in the scrunchie you receive being slightly different from the images. If you have any concerns or questions before placing your order, please contact us to ensure you're satisfied with your choice.
Postage and Delivery
1How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch within 2 working days of order being placed. Normally it's a little sooner! Expect your order within 5-7 working days
2My order has not arrived, what should i do?

3Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Postage is calculated automatically during checkout for international orders.
